Site Managers – Housing

Due to a number of sites that have been released from planning, Site Managers are required to assume responsibility for housing sites from 30 – 150 units on a traditional build basis, overseeing sub-contractors and ensuring units are completed on time and to budget. Seagate Homes is a privately owned House Builder and Developer, operating within both the new build spec & social housing sectors on a traditional build basis, covering the Lincolnshire, North Cambridgeshire & Suffolk areas.
