Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects from inception through to completion. The role requires strong coordination across design, procurement, and on-site teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of commercial fit-out projects
  • Coordinate design, procurement, and construction phases
  • Develop and manage project programmes and timelines
  • Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and company standards
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations
  • Lead client meetings and provide regular progress updates
  • Resolve on-site challenges and drive efficient project delivery
  • Ensure quality control and snag-free handovers

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial fit-out or construction project management
  • Strong understanding of restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, MEP coordination, and sequencing
  • Commercial awareness with cost control experience
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence
