Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects from inception through to completion. The role requires strong coordination across design, procurement, and on-site teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of commercial fit-out projects
- Coordinate design, procurement, and construction phases
- Develop and manage project programmes and timelines
- Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and company standards
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations
- Lead client meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Resolve on-site challenges and drive efficient project delivery
- Ensure quality control and snag-free handovers
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial fit-out or construction project management
- Strong understanding of restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, MEP coordination, and sequencing
- Commercial awareness with cost control experience
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
