Graduate Site Manager

We are currently seeking a Graduate Site Manager to join the business as part of the Construction Management team and receive on the job training and guidance.

Lawrence Baker is a privately owned Main Contractor that has extensive experience in the building of Care Homes, ranging in value from £8M – £12M, typically on a JCT basis.

With up to 20 live jobs at any one time, our business enjoys a strong reputation for client satisfaction, with high employee retention as well as 80% repeat work, coupled with a promote from within policy.

We operate across the South, East & West and go as far north as the Midlands. Due to the nature of the work we carry out, travel is required.
