We are seeking a Finishing Manager to work with the Site Management team and oversee sub contractors on internal finishes on a new build care Home project in Melksham.

Coming from a Construction background and ideally Trade, you will be responsible for working with the Site Management team and overseeing the interior finishing work, ensuring that work is completed to a high standard as well as in accordance with program and budget.

Lawrence Baker is a privately owned Main Contractor that specialises in the construction of Care Homes, typically on a JCT basis and up to £10M in value. We enjoy a high percentage of repeat work as well as high staff retention.
