Lawrence Baker is a privately owned Main Contractor that has extensive experience in the building of Care Homes, ranging in value from £8M – £12M, typically on a JCT basis.

With up to 20 live jobs at any one time, our business enjoys a strong reputation for client satisfaction, with high employee retention as well as 80% repeat work, coupled with a promote from within policy.

We operate across the South, East & West and go as far north as the Midlands. Due to the nature of the work we carry out, travel is required.

We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work on our site in the Hedge End.

Coming from a trade background, your role will be to work with the Site Manager, following program, conducting quality inspections on Subcontractor work as well as ensuring health & safety legislation is adhered to at all times.
